Perry’s x Brooklyn Kura Collab Dinner

On September 8th, Perry’s and Brooklyn Kura, the first NYC-based sake brewery, will team up for a collaborative dinner celebrating Japanese traditions and new school flavors. Guests will be treated to a five-course menu from Chef Masako Morishita, highlighting her award-winning style of unconventional Japanese comfort food, alongside sake pairings poured tableside by Brooklyn Kura’s brewers. Menu highlights include Uni Grilled Cheese with Shiokoji Lobster Chowder; Waygu Yaki Shabu served with shaved truffles; Sesame Madai Chazuke; and an Amaze Crème Brulee served with Dolcezza Okinawa Black Sugar & Coffee Gelato. Tickets for the dinner are $105.00 per guest, with the custom sake pairings available for an additional $65.00. À la carte cocktails and sake will also be available for purchase during the dinner.
