On Wednesday, August 7th, Alma Cocina Latina and Toki Underground join forces for United Flavors: A Borderless Dinner — an unmissable one-night-only event celebrating fearless culinary creativity. Held at 1701 North Charles Street in Baltimore, this dinner brings together two of the city’s most boundary-pushing chefs for an evening that defies convention. Far from a typical fusion meal, this “flavor collision” will feature bold, memory-driven dishes inspired by ingredients from the Caribbean, Japan, Venezuela, the Chesapeake, and more. Guests can choose between two seatings at 5:30 PM or 8:00 PM, each including a welcome cocktail, a three-course dinner, and a seat at communal tables designed to ignite conversation and connection. With no substitutions or allergy accommodations, diners are invited to surrender to the chefs’ unfiltered imagination. Tickets are $90 per person, with drinks sold separately.
