Virginia’s Award-Winning Linden Vineyards Wine Dinner Experience at L’Auberge Chez Francois

Enjoy the acclaimed wines of Jim Law from Linden Vineyards paired with a carefully crafted menu. Dishes include seasonal canapés served with Avenius Sauvignon Blanc 2022, a gratin of Chincoteague Virginia scallops topped with Osetra caviar paired with Hardscrabble Chardonnay 2020, claret-braised Creekstone Farms short ribs paired with Hardscrabble Red 2019, and herb-crusted roasted lamb chops with a root vegetable medley and thyme sauce, complemented by Claret Red 2021.
