Virginia’s Award-Winning Linden Vineyards Wine Dinner Experience Featuring Legendary Jim Law, Proprietor Linden Vineyards at L’Auberge Chez Francois

The evening starts with Chef Jacques’ seasonal canapés paired with Linden Vineyards Avenius Sauvignon Blanc 2022. Enjoy a gratin of Chincoteague Virginia scallops with Osetra caviar, paired with Linden Vineyards Hardscrabble Chardonnay 2020. The main course features claret braised Creekstone Farms natural short ribs, paired with Linden Vineyards Hardscrabble Red 2019, followed by herb-crusted roasted lamb chop with root vegetable medley, paired with Linden Vineyards Claret Red 2021. Chef Pascal’s Gâteau Forêt Noire (Black Forest Cake) is paired with Linden Vineyards Petit Manseng Demi Sec 2019 for dessert. One ticket is $250 per person.
