Breakfast at Brennan’s Pop-Up at The Occidental
1475 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Brennan’s, the iconic New Orleans restaurant credited with popularizing modern brunch, brings its celebrated Breakfast at Brennan’s experience to Washington, D.C. for a three-day pop-up at The Occidental from April 17–19, served daily from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Marking the restaurant’s 80th anniversary, the experience features a curated menu of classic and contemporary Creole dishes, including Eggs Hussarde, Eggs Sardou, Turtle Soup, and the legendary Bananas Foster, flambéed tableside. Signature cocktails such as Brandy Milk Punch and the Bloody Bull round out the offering.
The pop-up also welcomes Ralph Brennan and Executive Chef Kris Padalino, who bring the spirit of New Orleans hospitality to this special collaboration. Set within one of Washington’s most historic dining rooms, the event offers a unique opportunity to experience a defining piece of American dining culture.
