Chef Nancy Silverton Joins Chef Christopher Morgan for a One-Night Collaboration Dinner at Joo

Joon is welcoming James Beard Award-winning Chef Nancy Silverton for a one-night collaboration dinner. Chef Nancy will work alongside MICHELIN-starred Chef Christopher Morgan for a four course tasting menu experience, blending the flavors of Joon’s Persian cuisine with Chef Nancy’s Italian influence. Menu highlights include a swordfish kabob and Grilled Yellowtail Spiedini, braised lamb neck stew, roasted butternut squash with kashk and dried mint, and special Italian desserts.
