Moon Rabbit Women's History Month Collaboration Dinner

Moon Rabbit will host a special one-night-only collaboration dinner on March 24th in celebration of Women’s History Month. The evening honors women in the restaurant industry and the mothers and grandmothers whose recipes and traditions continue to shape how we cook and gather today. Joining the Moon Rabbit team are guest chefs Christine Lau and Ji Hye Kim of Miss Kim and Little Kim (Ann Arbor, MI) and Sam Fore of Tuk Tuk Snack Shop (Lexington, KY). From Moon Rabbit, Chefs Judy Beltrano, Susan Bae, Paola Serrano, Michelle Bui, and Nikkie Rodriguez will each present dishes as part of this collaborative menu. This unforgettable dinner celebrates the women shaping today’s culinary landscape while paying tribute to the matriarchs who came before them.
