- Back in February, I went to a fantastic lunar tea hosted at Chiko - Scott Drewno & Danny Lee invited Jill Nguyen, the baker behind Capitol Jill Baking & Caroline Ta, Owner and Baker at SweetsbyCaroline, to participate & Nycci fell in love with both of them. A few weeks back Jill joined us and today Caroline is in with her gorgeously decorated, delicate & delicious cookies.
