A Night with Louis Dressner Wines

Guests are invited to a special evening honoring the expressive wines of Louis Dressner Selections — a celebrated portfolio of over 100 passionate vignerons from France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Slovenia, and Chile.

Chef Eli Collins will present a seasonal, three-course, family-style menu designed to pair beautifully with standout bottles from the Dressner collection.

The evening begins with a welcome pour of Champagne Tarlant Brut Nature Zero (NV) and light bites, followed by a seated dinner where each course will be complemented by a half glass of thoughtfully selected wine.

Throughout the experience, a Louis Dressner representative and the team from District Champagne will be on hand to share stories about the winemakers, provide insight into the wines, and guide guests through the tasting.

Tickets are $135 per person, plus tax and a 20% service charge. A $50 booking fee per person serves as a deposit and will be applied to the final bill on the night of the event.

This one-night-only dinner offers a rare opportunity to explore terroir-driven wines in an intimate, guided setting.
