BlackSalt is honored to host an evening with Winemaker of the Year, Greg Brewer. With three different brands that highlight the beauty and personality of wine made in the Central Coast of California, Mr. Brewer will guide you through the vineyards and cellars of Diatom, Brewer-Clifton & Ex Post Facto. From Santa Barbara County in the south to Santa Rita Hills in the North, Greg works almost the full breadth of the Central Coast in terms of land, but also the varietals this part of California is most famous for. His Chardonnays and Pinot Noir are delightful and Ex Post Facto is expressive. The take-home dinner for 2 is $390 and includes a half bottle of each of the wines and a 4-course meal for two people. The take-home dinner for 4 is $780 and includes full bottles of each wine and a 4-course meal for four people.
