This Thanksgiving Eve, join Cheesetique owner Jill and her family for this very special online class, celebrating American artisan cheeses and the families who create them. This special edition class kit comes wrapped in a gorgeous wood cheese box. It will make traveling or hosting easy—and Cheesetique has increased the portions so you'll have plenty to share with your family. Your third American artisan cheeses will be chosen just for you. Cheesetique will include a special description card in your kit and Jill will talk about this cheese during class (in addition to the original three cheeses). Your kit includes one piece each of Jasper Hill Little Hosmer (cow, Vermont), Plymouth Original Cheddar (raw cow, Vermont), and a third American artisan gem. For pairing, you'll enjoy fig jam and cranberry pumpkin seed crisps. The wine is the iconic Duckhorn Napa Valley Merlot 2h017 (92 points, James Suckling, 90 points Wine Enthusiast, 90 points Wine & Spirits). This lush red takes Napa Valley Merlot in an elegant direction, and will complement the cheeses beautifully. This class is priced at $75 per person and comes with your class kit with all tasting items that serve four to six tasters, access to the interactive live class taught by Cheesetique's owner, Jill Erber, and an educational handout for following along in class. You can pickup your class kit Monday, November 23rd, Tuesday, November 24th, or Wednesday, November 25th. Keep the cheeses refrigerated until one hour before the class. The class will take place online on Wednesday, November 25th at 5:30 p.m. for about an hour and a half.
