COOKOLOGY OFFERS COOKING CLASSES FOR KIDS & TEENS

Cookology culinary school with two locations, Dulles Town Center Mall and Ballston Quarter, has an impressive schedule of classes, written by the former pastry chef at Michelin starred Massaria and culinary trained, Christina Yanez, to keep the budding chef, the apprehensive cook and the picky eater busy and cooking all summer

Your young chefs will learn essential skills to prepare and execute delicious meals.  They will also learn safety tips, knife and heat skills and a multitude of techniques they can use at home and beyond. Classes include Culinary Boot Camp, Basic Baking Boot Camp, Delicious Dinners, World Cuisine, Home-Style Cooking, Around the World, French Cuisine and Basic Baking Boot Camp with Gluten Free Options.

Ages for the students are 8 to 11 years old, and 12 to 17 years old, and the prices for the week-long classes include a five day camp for three hours.
