Marcus DC: Marcus DC delivers a four-course dinner designed to impress. The evening begins with an assortment of shared snacks for the table, followed by a choice of hamachi crudo or little gem salad. The second course features seared scallops, braised pork belly with truffles, and collard gnudi, all accompanied by milk bread with benne seed miso butter.
