Put Us on a Pedestal: Women’s History Month

Okay! So we shouldn’t need a month to celebrate women, it should be all year! Having said that, Women’s History Month is celebrated annually throughout March and honors the contributions, achievements, and impact of women. It is a dedicated time to recognize the struggles and triumphs of women in all our various fields. International Women's Day, observed on March 8th, is a focal point during this month, emphasizing global efforts to promote gender equality and celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women worldwide.
