Enjoy Derby Day and "The Greatest Two Minutes in Sports" with Central Michel Richard’s Fried Chicken Bucket. Yes, it’s the Kentucky Derby but this isn’t Kentucky fried chicken… the American bistro with a French accent, founded by the late James Beard-honored Chef Michel Richard, uses his original recipe. It is a classic at the Pennsylvania Avenue restaurant.
 
The bucket serves 4-6 people and includes 8 pieces (4 breasts + 4 drumsticks), 10 chicken nuggets, garlic mashed potatoes and watercress salad with homemade shallot vinaigrette dressing. All for $100.00, take-out only on Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6.
