Stop by 12 Stories, The Wharf’s newest rooftop bar, for Halloween-themed cocktails ($12 each) that are so good, they’re scary. DJ Farrah Flosscett will spin tunes all night long, while you strut your stuff during the costume contest. The grand prize: a complimentary bottle of Veuve Clicquot. And, even if you can’t scare up a win, Veuve will be available for $20 a glass (originally $25) throughout the night. The event is from 9:00 p.m. to close.
