2022 Capital Pride Block Party

The Block Party returns for Capital Pride 2022. Enjoy entertainment, food, and your favorite beverage before, during, and after the Parade. The Capital Pride Block Party will feature local performers, DJs and two beverage gardens along historic 17th Street. Be prepared to wear out your dancing shoes with vibes from local DJs from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Then they’ll turn up the heat from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. with local entertainment hosted by JRs and Citrine. 17th Street is an annual Pride destination for LGBTQ+ foodies. There are plenty of restaurants that provide a variety of options to satisfy your taste buds. Several food vendors will provide the necessary sustenance to keep your energy level high for the packed full day of Pride activities. Revelers will have the opportunity to cool down or heat up at two beverage gardens while watching and listening to great entertainment. Attendees at the Capital Pride Beverage Garden will have an exclusive view of the Capital Pride Parade from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. JRs will be accepting donations on behalf of HIPS throughout the day.
