The winemaking team will lead you as you compete with other groups to make the best blend you can. The Cellars will give you all the ingredients and tools, while winemakers will help monitor, coach and test your finished product. The makers of the best blend will have their names included on the labels of Pearmund's signature wine; 2022 Ameritage. Each session has 10 teams - teams can be of 1 or 2 people. Each two hour session features education, one on one with the winemakers, all the necessary components to make you blend and light snacks.
