Every day next week (except for Tuesday when the restaurant is closed) pit master extraordinaire, Fernando González, will be serving up a unique daily dish that will celebrate the rich, flavors of pork belly. Monday, August 19th: HOT HONEY - House-made hot honey drizzled over tender burnt ends – the perfect balance of sweet and heat.
Wednesday, August 21st: Siu Pork Belly - Sliced pork belly glazed with Hoisin sauce, topped with scallions and sesame seeds for an irresistible bite.
Thursday, August 22nd: AL PASTOR - Bold achiote paste, juicy pineapple, and smoky burnt ends – a fusion that’s simply divine.
Friday, August 23rd: Chicharron Belly - Crispy, perfectly sliced pork belly cooked over direct heat – a crunchy delight.
Saturday, August 24th: Classic Caramelized Pork Belly - Slow-cooked to perfection, with burnt ends caramelized to a sweet finish that melts in your mouth.
Sunday, August 25th: HOT HONEY - By popular demand, HOT HONEY will be closing the week
