4th Anniversary Beer Dinner

Join Caboose Brewing Company for a spring beer dinner in honor of their fourth anniversary. The evening will include a five-course meal and beer pairing created by their Executive Chef, David Rabin, and the wonderful brewing team. Some menu items and beer pairings include tuna tartare with a Fog IPA; lamb with sun-chokes, eggplant caviar, tomatoes, yogurt paired with a Slam Dunkel; and Deconstructed S’mores with graham cracker, chocolate, honey, marshmallow, paired with a Dutchess Porter. $75 per person ($81.75 with tax, does not include gratuity). 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. For more information or to purchase tickets, please click here.
