Before counting down to the New Year, indulge in Chef Hamilton Johnson’s menu which highlights some of the top food trends from the 2010’s with pairing wines, cocktails and Champagne. Food trends include the start of the gluten free era, Asian food influences, vegetable forward dishes, and the return of the large format dishes.  Menu items include avocado mousseline with pickled shrimp, dill, radish, pumpernickel, and chicken cracklin, and bone in lamb ribeye with fennel texture and kumquat.
