A Special Monday Banquet with Award-Winning Fuchsia Dunlop at Chang Chang

For this special edition of 'Sunday Banquet' being held on a Monday night, Chang Chang welcomes acclaimed food writer and author Fuchsia Dunlopas their guest at the table, celebrating her newest book, Five Tastes. Drawing inspiration from the book, Chef Peter Chang and his team will create a one-night-only banquet through their own interpretation of the five tastes - sour, bitter, sweet, pungent and salty — and the balance, aroma, texture and layers of flavor that define Chinese cooking. Fuchsia will join for the banquet, giving you a rare opportunity to share the table and conversation with one of the most influential writers on Chinese food. Throughout the evening, you will hear stories behind Five Tastes, explore her perspective on Chinese flavor and food culture, and open the conversation for an intimate Q&A.
