AAPI Month Celebration Dinner with "Stir-Fry Guru" Grace Young at Chang Chang

As part of the Chang family's celebrations for AAPI month, Chang Chang will host a Chinese Banquet dinner with cookbook author Grace Young. Also known by her Instagram handle @stirfryguru, Grace Young has become a fierce advocate of Chinatowns across America since the pandemic. The dinner will celebrate AAPI heritage and Young's work, which has earned her a James Beard Humanitarian of the Year Award.
