Adam's Morgan's Drag Queen Storytime with DC Public Library Returns to Unity Park

Join the DC Public Library and the Adams Morgan Partnership BID for Drag Queen Storytime at Unity Park this summer! The goal of Drag Queen Storytime is to inspire a love of reading, while teaching deeper lessons on diversity, self-live, and an appreciation of others -- making it great for children of all ages! Storytime will be hosted by IttyBitty Bat (April 24th, July 31st, and August 28th), Venus Valhalla (May 29th, September 25th, and October 20th), or Shear Queer (June 26th). Be sure to bring a blanket or small lawn chair to sit on while listening to a story or learning about all that DC local libraries have to offer.  Storytime is weather dependent and may be moved indoors or rescheduled in the event of incliment weather. Events begin at 11:00 a.m. the last Sunday of each month, and will run approximately 60 minutes. A separate RSVP is required for each Storytime -- registration is free.
