"Along Came a Cider" with Patois & Troddenvale at Ellē

Join Ellē for a special dinner celebrating the art of craft cidermaking with Troddenvale and Patois!. Troddenvale Cider (Warm Springs, VA) and Patois Cider (Central Virginia/Charlottesville) are producers focused on growing and foraging for heritage true cider fruit in Virginia. Utilizing manual techniques and native microflora, the ciders are complex, unfiltered expressions of the land and cidermakers’ hands.  Both cideries are run by husband/wife teams.  

On this evening, instead of their regular menu, Chef Harrison Dickow will be serving a special 4-course dinner designed to complement the unique ciders of Patois and Troddenvale and celebrate the fall harvest.  The cidermakers will be in attendance.
