ANDALUCÍAN TAPAS DINNER

Mola DC's Andalucían Summer Tapas Dinner will transport you to the southern coast of Spain!  Andalucíans know what to eat & drink when the temperatures soar, and the region has become famous for chilled soups, refreshing salads, and the freshest seafood. During this dinner you will explore the Moorish influences that permeate the Southern cuisine, using ingredients that are fresh and local right here in DC. Expect to see succulent summer squashes, peppers, melon, berries, seafood, and lots of tomatoes. Andalucía is also known for it's tapas culture, so you'll be enjoying a multi-course format to taste as many dishes as possible!
