Annual Gin & Tonic Festival With Botanist Gin To Benefit Independent Restaurant Coalition

José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup kicks off their annual Gin & Tonic Festival. This celebration of spring and Spain’s favorite cocktail takes on new meaning this year, as each restaurant has partnered with Botanist Gin to support the Independent Restaurant Coalition, helping save restaurants across the nation. For every Botanist Gin & Tonic sold, Botanist Gin will donate $5 to the IRC. Contributions will be doubled on International Gin & Tonic Day (April 9th). Throughout the festival restaurants will feature a variety of G&T cocktails, cocktail flights for $22, and special frituras flight of snacks to accompany the drinks.
