Chef Anthony Jones Collaboration Dinner at Primrose

Chef Patrick Benton of Primrose is excited to host Chef Anthony Jones of Marcus in DC! Anthony Jones grew up in Maryland, cracking crabs with his family, and knowing fairly early, his life would be in the kitchen. After graduating from Johnson & Wales in Charlotte, N.C., he started his career at the lauded Restaurant Eve in Alexandria, Virginia before moving to Miami to work for Marcus Samuelson’s Red Rooster Overtown. He returned home to lead the kitchen at Dirty Habit DC before rejoining Samuelson's restaurant group as the executive chef of Marcus DC.
