Learn to cook dumplings to perfection using traditional methods—steamed, boiled, or pan-fried—and whip up a delicious dipping sauce to go with them. On July 2nd from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., roll up sleeves at La Cosecha and dive into the heart of Chinese culinary tradition in this hands-on dumpling-making workshop!
