Join ChurchKey at 6:00 p.m. for an interactive class on beer flavor and sensory analysis class led by Master Cicerone Neil Witte!

In this special course, Neil will cover:
-The basics of sensory analysis

-Beer flavor & vocabulary (including 3 taster pours of beer!)

-Assessing beer quality

-Common off-flavors and their sources.

You will taste control and spiked samples to identify off-flavors, including:

-Soured/ infected (Contamination)

-Papery/ cardboard (Trans-2 Nonenal/ Stale)

-Butter/ butterscotch (Diacetyl)

-Cooked corn/ cooked vegetables (D.M.S.)
