Baja Wine Dinner

Love good food and good wine? Join Salveto Imports for a Baja Wine Dinner. Start your weekend off right: with good food, good wine, and good friends. Espita has teamed up with Salveto Imports to create a four-course dinner with wine pairings, during which you'll explore the wines of the Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California, Mexico. Valle de Guadalupe is one of the oldest wine regions in the New World and Salveto Imports is the first to bring the region's unique Mexican wines into DC. The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail and light bites, followed by a four-course meal where four carefully selected wines will be showcased alongside each dish. Highlights from the menu will include Ceviche with big eye tuna and Mole Negro with wagyu new york strip. The dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $65 each and include the full experience.
