Learn how to make and decorate traditional King Cakes just in time for Mardi Gras with the founder of RavenHook Bakehouse, Chris Girardot, at Mess Hall at 4pm

You will make a Mardi Gras King Cake - starting with a buttery brioche dough, filling it with cinnamon, and then festively decorating it in the classic purple, green, and gold colors, complete with Mardi Gras beads and a baby and get directions to make your own at home.

Tickets Include:

  • Two King Cakes with guided instruction + baking tip
  • Bowl of authentic gumbo (chicken & andouille sausage)*
  • Complementary Hurricane Cocktail - Authentic Pat O'Brien's style or a non-alcoholic version on request.
