Bammy's Executive Chefs Gerald Addison and Chris Morgan, formerly of award-winning Maydan, are teaming up with Maydan former GM, Said Haddah, to launch "Yasmin" - a fast casual kabab pop-up at Bammy's. Named after Said's paternal grandmother, Yasmin, the pop-up is a celebration of Said's Lebanese culture, family, and the importance of spending time together for Sunday meals. Yasmin's menu features include sandwiches served on whole wheat flatbread, lamb Kebab (minced lamb, hummus, labneh, cabbage, harissa, summac onions, herbs $10), Shish Taouk (french fries, pickles, toum $10); Falafel (tahina, sahawiq, salad, pickles $10); Salata (cucumber, tomato, red onion, parsley, lemon, olive oil $6); French Fries with Toum $4); Drinks include a Bomally Cocktail (gin, arak, pomelo-thyme syrup, sparkling $13) and an Almaza Pilsner ($6).
