Enjoy Bammy's One Night Only NYE Menu. Executive Chefs Chris Morgan and Gerald Addison are ringing in the new year a little more special (and delicious). They've created a special NYE menu and each order comes with some fun surprises (think Bammy's gift cards and NYE goodies). The menu includes snacks and bubbles for 2 ($90) and your choice of the menu items such as: Foie gras mousse, apple/sherry compote, toasted brioche; Beef tartare, cured egg yolk, cornichon, shallot, grain mustard, tomato jam; ½ lobster cocktail; Trout rillettes, pickled shallot, trout roe, fine herbs, rye crisps; Bottle of Blanc de Blanc French sparkling wine; Tiny bottle of rum punch to top the bubbles with supplements.
