Barcelona Inspired Christmas Eve Chef Feast Menu

Enjoy Boqueria's Barcelona-inspired, Christmas Eve, Chef's Feast Menu. Celebrate with a family-style feast featuring: one of Spain’s most historic and iconic dishes, a traditional Spanish Cochinillo, a slow-roasted suckling pig with a crispy layer of skin and juicy meat, served with pickled onions, pimentón butter, and salsa verde; and Fideuá Negra black squid ink fideuá paella with sepia, clams, shrimp, picada, lobster stock, garlic aioli; served alongside seasonal tapas and dessert.
