Starting Thursday, April 6th until Friday, April 14th from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., Prescription Chicken is bringing back their unleavened pop up shop offering twists of their favorite breakfasts—from Lox and Everything Bagels to Huevos Rancheros to Nutella and Strawberries — in fried matzah form. What's fried matzah you ask? Think french toast but made with matzah crackers. In addition to being delicious, fried matzah is a staple breakfast item in many jewish homes during Passover! This year, they will be offering Black Vinegar Collection's delicious cold-brew lattes (Plain Jane, Pistachio and Peanut Butter). They will also be offering a package to make Matzah Brei at home.
