Bresca Celebrates 5 years with Five Collaborative Dinners

Michelin contemporary Pasisian bistro, Bresca, is celebrating five years in Washington DC, and to comemmorate the event Chef and Owner Ryan Ratino is hosting five consecutive nights of unique, collaborative dinners. Chef Ratino and his team are partnering with four internationally acclaimed chefs for and evening of bright ideas and ambitions that reimagine fine dining. The first dinner will feature Chef Jeremiah Langhorne of The Dabney (Washington DC), followed by, Chef Lee Wolen of Boka (Chicago, IL), Chef Thomas Allen from The Modern (New York, NY), Chef Patrick Kriss creator of Alo (Toronto, Canada), all culminating with a Bresca's 2017 Remix grand finale. Chef Ryan will reinvent and remember dishes and beverages that broughts Bresca to the internation culinary map. Dinners are priced at $298 per person, per dinner, with optional wine pairings available for an additional pricing. Guests wishing to participate in all five special events may purchase a VIP package priced at $1950, which additionally includes menu and elevated beverage experience, anniversary swag, and access to a Chartreuse and Champagne reception with the team at Bresca and Chef Ryan on Sunday night.
