Brisa Takes Over Brasero Atlantico: A Sneak Peek of D.C.'s Next Coastal Latin Destination

Brasero Atlantico welcomes Brisa for a special preview ahead of its highly anticipated summer opening at Buzzard Point. Led by Culinary Director Carlos Delgado, Michelin starred and named 2025 James Beard Best Chef Mid Atlantic, alongside Executive Chef Favio Gonzalez, Brisa channels the sun washed flavors and soulful traditions of Latin America's coastlines, from the Pacific to the Caribbean. Guests will get a taste of what's to come with snacks like guacamole with seven sauces and tlayuda chips, empanada de ropa vieja, and scallop aguachile, plus shareable dishes including cachapa steak, duck breast in mole rojo, and pescado a la talla.
