Each restaurant creates their own unique dish with Bristol Bay Sockeye at the center, offering a wide range of flavors for restaurant guests to experience all week long throughout the District. Since 2019, over 40 local chefs and restaurants have helped us bring the sustainability story of Bristol Bay, the largest wild salmon run on earth, to DC.
