Brookland’s Finest & Republic Restoratives Fall Distiller Dinner

In October, neighborhood restaurant Brookland’s Finest will be partnering with Republic Restoratives as a part of their fall Distiller Dinner series. On Tuesday nights throughout the month, interested diners have the opportunity to take part in a three course, $35 prix-fixe menu with cocktail pairings created by chef/co-owner Shannan Troncoso. Bourbon, rye, and additional liquors from the female owned distillery in Ivy City will be featured each week. Menus will change weekly; The first menu includes Wild Mushroom Risotto, Pork tenderloin, and much more.
