The team behind Beuchert’s Saloon is bringing back a beloved Beuchert's tradition- BS Late Night at Fight Club. BS Late Night will be popping up from Fight Club. The late-night menu will feature eight rotating cocktails from beverage director Mackenzie Conway including Beuchert’s favorites the Beltway Boy with Overholt rye, Foro Amaro, Aperol, Peychaud's and an absinthe rinse and the House Old Fashioned featuring Overholt Rye, black walnut bitters, ango, demerara, and lemon. Drinks will be paired with after-hour snacks from Chef Andrew Market including warm crab dip, smoked wings, handmade ice cream sandwiches, and churros with chocolate dipping sauce.
