Farmer Andrew of Spring Hour Farm will lead an exclusive butcher demo where guests can take home some of the best grass-fed & grass-finished beef Virginia has to offer! During this event Farmer Andrew will talk about the different cuts of meat and what makes grass-fed & grass-finished beef different from the super market cuts. You will also get to experience how local butchers, including Eat Loco Farmer's Market, break down beef and package it for sale! Enjoy some tacos & beer while you watch the demonstration.
