Culinary Strategist and Wine Expert Janet Cam will prepare authentic heritage dishes passed down from her grandmother and mother. Her unique background in French and Chinese cuisine is a natural bridge between nouvelle cuisine and Cantonese cuisine in using the finest and freshest quality produce to enhance the essence of the dish.
