Learn to identify grapes and regions by color, acidity, residual sugar, tannin, alcohol, winemaking techniques, flavor, and aroma. These skills will help you improve your ability to assess, judge, describe, and buy wine (for both consumers and wine professionals). Twelve wines will be tasted, each followed by a debriefing and group discussion. This class is taught by Cisco Webex, is two hours long, and costs $95. Wine samples can be picked up by appointment on June 10th between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Learn more here.
