This class covers the main types of iwne, the most common grape varieties, wine service, storing and serving wine, tasting technique, how to describe the smell and taste of wine, and the basics of pairing food and wine. During the class, students will taste eight different wines and at the end of the day students will take a 45 minute, multiple choice exam. Registration for class is priced at $375 per person and includes all study materials, wine samples, tuition, postage for mailing of certificate, and the final exam.
