Capital Wine School: WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines - Unit D5 Fortified Wines - Online Live

This course covers tasting technique, Port, Sherry, Madeira, fortified Grenache and Muscat, and other fortified wines of the world. Students will gain an understanding of how grape growing, winemaking, maturation, wine law and wine business influences the style, quality and price of the principal fortified wines of the world. This course will be taught by Capital Wine School instructor, Caroline Hermann MW, via Zoom from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. on April 17th, 24th, May 1st, and 15th.
