This course covers factors that contribute to the price of wine, types of wine businesses, options for getting wine to the point of sale, and key considerations in wine marketing. This unit is assessed by a 60-minute multiple-part open-response exam, and is for existing Diploma students only. This will be taught via Zoom on August 16th, 23rd, and 30th from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. with a practice exam on September 6th from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. (also on Zoom) The registration fee includes the final in-person exam on October 24th from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
