Capital Wine School: WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines: Unit D5 Fortified Wine - Online

This course covers tasting technique, Port, Sherry, Madeira, fortified Grenache and Muscat, and other fortified wines of the world. Students will gain an understanding of how grape growing, winemaking, maturation, wine law and wine business influences the style, quality and price of the principal fortified wines of the world. The course fee includes three online class sessions (May 10th, 17th & 24th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.), practice exam (May 31st from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.), wine samples, and the Unit D5 Examination at Capital Wine School (October 24th at 3:30 p.m.).
