Carbs 101: Gougères (Cheese Puffs)

Every experienced host knows about them, and every party guest falls in love with them. Adding these little cheese puffs to your cocktail arsenal will up your party girl confidence. The feathery puffs are so delicate yet anchor any festivity with substance. The class will cover four other cocktail snacks: tried, true and tasty crowd pleasers ready to equip you with a lifetime of 5 o’clock joy.  Tickets are $40 per session, $102 for a bundle of 3 sessions, and $270 for the full semester (9 sessions).
