The Delegation of the Government of Catalunya to the United States will host the Catalan Gastronomic Week from Monday, April 17th until Sunday, April 23rd. This exciting week-long event will bring the flavors and culture of Catolonia to the USA, in celebration of the annual festival of Sant Jordi. To honor this tradition, the Catalan Gastronomic Week will showcase the best of Catalan cuisine in twenty participating restaurants across the United States and Canada. Guests will be able to taste traditional Catalan dishes and learn about the history and culture of the Catalan region. Guests will also receive an infographic explaining the legend of Saint George and the meaning of the tradition, which will provde insight for the inspiration of the Sant Jordi Festival
